Usage, GST and delivery
A standard digital licence is included: owned website, social and email channels, India, 12 months, non-exclusive. Paid media, print, outdoor, packaging, broadcast, wider territory and exclusivity are quoted separately.
A full buyout transfers the right to use the images without the usual media, territory or time limits. It is the most expensive option because it removes the ability to license the work again, and it is quoted on request.
No. Final retouched images are delivered as high-resolution files. RAW files stay with the studio, which is standard for commercial work.
No. GST is 18% and is added to the quote, then shown separately on the invoice.
A 50% advance confirms the date. The balance is due before final unwatermarked files are released.
Yes. Travel within Bangalore is included. Outstation travel, stay and meals are charged at actuals.
Crew, studio, models, styling, props and permits can be arranged and itemised in the quote, or passed through at actuals.
Commercial coverage is stills. Films and branded video can be quoted separately with a trusted production partner.

No. GST is 18% and is added to the quote, then shown separately on the invoice. A ₹2,00,000 package becomes ₹2,36,000 with GST.
A 50% advance holds the date. The balance is due before the first event. Dates are confirmed only after the advance is received.
The package lists the edited count. On a wedding day I capture 500–1,500 frames and deliver a curated set of 300 edited images; the multi-day package delivers 700.
No. Final edited selects are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs. RAW files stay with the studio, which is standard for Indian wedding work.
Yes. Travel within Bangalore is included. For outstation weddings, travel, stay and meals are charged at actuals.
Six to nine months ahead for peak dates (November–February), and three to six months for other dates. Peak and destination dates are quoted separately.
One date change is allowed subject to availability. Cancellation and postponement terms are set out in the contract.
Wedding coverage is photography. Films can be quoted separately with a trusted cinematographer.
Yes. The personal print release covers printing, sharing and social media. Commercial use needs a separate licence, which I’m happy to quote.
